Corporate Client Services Representative (CA0905)
DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and foster relationship with existing clients
- Making calls to existing and potential clients regarding new research services and market research reports released
- Assist senior members in the scheduling of client meetings, teleconferences, workshops and presentations
- Assist senior members on ad hoc projects and preparation of proposals as assigned
- Deliver research results and coordinate follow-up with customers as required
- Liaise with fieldwork operations to ensure that the progress of recruitment / research projects is well communicated to clients
- Coordinate the release of marketing and promotional materials as required
- Update CRM database as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business degree (marketing / communications / management) preferred
- Prior experience in client services, inside sales or customer service role a bonus
- Previous market research experience (qualitative or quantitative) a bonus
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Excellent people and client relationship skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to respond to time sensitive client inquiries and resolve problems
- Customer service driven with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures as well as to recommend operational improvements
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage projects to accomplish desired results
- Availability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
- Out-of-town travel not expected to exceed 10%
- Multi-lingual candidate a bonus (provide details on languages spoken)
- Knowledge in healthcare industry a bonus
